When you click the Access Evo button to launch HandiSoft Online, Citrix may ask you to run an .ica file instead of opening your connection. Follow the steps below to stop the prompt.
Update Citrix if an .xmq file downloads
If HandiSoft Online downloads an .xmq file, make sure you are on the latest version of Citrix.
Allow Citrix to open the .ica file
Use this step if Citrix asks you to run a file when launching (.ica).
When you receive the message Always Open Files of This Type, tick the box to allow this application to open.
If you don't see the option
Use this step if the Always Open Files of This Type option does not appear.
If you don't have the option to tick Always Open Files of This Type, clear the cache from All Time. This will give you the option to tick the box.
