When trying to add a Related Reference to the Client Details window or when trying to roll a client over from one year to the next, the following error can occur.
To resolve the error:
Log in to the program where the error occurs.
Locate the client and click Edit to open the Client Details window.
Remove the related ref code from the client that already has the Related Ref entered.
Click Save, then add the Related Ref back in and click Save again.
This will relink both clients.
