How to upload Superfund data to a case
When exporting SuperFund data, this will also include the HandiLedger data for investigation.
Log in to SuperFund, then select your client.
Go to Tools, Transfer Selected Fund Data Out, Accept, Complete fund data, then click OK.
Click Select folder, then save the file to your Desktop or folder, then click OK.
Once the data transfer is complete, click OK.
On the Desktop or the Folder where you saved, the zip folder will show HSF_ClientRef.zip.
Log into the Customer Success Portal.
Once logged in, scroll down and click on My Open Cases, click on the Subject to open the case, or Create a new case.
Once in the case select Upload Files or drop files, browse to the location and attach to the case.
Add a case comment for the attention of your support analyst.
