To perform a backup of the HandiBiz program, you will first need to determine the correct location of your HCash folder. You can find this in the software under Help, About.
Check the location, e.g., it may show C:\HCash\Apps. You will need to back up the entire HCash folder.
Tip: Ensure the program is closed when making a copy of the folder to a different location.
