Document Manager - Collate a merged document in Document Manager

Document Manager allows you to collate a merged document with other documents. To do this, follow the steps below:

  1. Process the merge letter for the client using the Merge to File action and select the option to Add merged document to client folders.

  2. In the Clients applicable Document Manager folder highlight the document and click the Collate icon.

  3. In the Collated Documents window, the merge document will now appear in your list to collate.
