HandiTax - Labels missing and schedules or worksheets blank in a tax return in HandiTax

In a tax return, you may come across a blank schedule, worksheet or some item labels are missing.

To resolve this issue:

  1. Close out of the tax form.

  2. On the main HandiTax window, highlight the tax form and click View on the bottom toolbar.

  3. Untick Brief data entry then click Save.

  4. Open the tax return again and check to see if the data is no longer blank.
