Installation failed, unzip32.dll in use

Ensure all users are closed out of HandiSoft and Microsoft Products.
If you are using cloud products such as Final Accounts, Accountant Cloud etc. please check Start > Run > Services and look to see if HandiSoft Data Agent is running.

If it's running:

  1. Right-click stop service.

  2. Install the product and then ensure you right-click Run on the HandiSoft Data Agent service.

Note: If the above fails, you may need to restart the PCs or the server.

If this error appears when opening the programs after installation, a restart of the PC may be required to clear the errors.
