HandiTax - Filter reports for specific postcodes in HandiTax

This article explains how to create a filter for specific postal codes in Access HandiTax using the steps below:

  1. Log in to HandiTax.

  2. Go to Reports, Client and click Client List Abbreviated.

  3. Click New.

  4. Give your filter a name.

  5. In the Expression box, type in the following: (HasText(GetPostalAddress(Ref@Clients,"2"), "6000"))

  6. "6000" can be replaced with any specific postcode you would like to filter with.

  7. Click Save, then Select to run the filter.

  8. The filter you have created will be listed in the Client Expressions list for future use.
