Check in HandiTax the 'Main Form' of the tax return:
Check Item 1 Salary and Wages for amounts in Gross Payment where Tax withheld is blank. As per the error, an amount must be provided where a gross amount is present and where there is no tax was withheld, enter a zero figure.
