When a positive Superannuation income stream Tax withheld amount is present or an assessable amount from a capped defined benefit income stream is present then a positive amount for Superannuation income stream taxable component taxed element, Superannuation income stream taxable component untaxed element, Superannuation income stream tax free component, Superannuation income stream lump sum in arrears taxable component taxed element, Superannuation income stream lump sum in arrears taxable component untaxed element or Superannuation income stream lump sum in arrears tax free component must also be provided
