HandiTax - Check the ATO Lodgment status in HandiTax

If lodgments, prefills or SBR report requests are failing, you can check the status of the system status at the ATO via HandiTax. The options below connect directly to the ATO website:

  1. Log in to HandiTax.

    1. Go to Help, SBR System Status.

      • If ATO SBR2 Cloud is green, there are no issues on the ATO end.

      • If ​​​​​​​ATO SBR2 Cloud is red, there is an issue at the ATO end. Wait for the ATO to fix the issue before attempting to lodge again.

    2. Go to Help, PLS Dashboard.

      • ​​​​​​​Check for any notes and the Current System Status.
