Reports can be generated in HandiTax for clients with mobile phone numbers, ensuring none are repeated due to the existence of multiple tax forms for the client.
Tag clients with mobile numbers
Log in to HandiTax.
Go to Client, Tag/Untag batches of clients.
Under the Tag clients by section, click Conditions.
Click New.
Complete the expression as follows, (GetPhoneNumber(Ref@Clients,"M") <> "").
Click Save and Select.
Note: The phrase [Clients Only] has to be in the Name field otherwise, the tag will be duplicated for each return for a client that gets tagged.
