HandiTax has a standard expression that will produce a list of clients who have a birthday within the next seven days. However, it may be easier to use the built-in Report Builder, especially where you want to change the number of days.
Log in to HandiTax.
From the Reports menu, click Report Builder.
Click the Client Selections tab, and under the Other section, complete the Birthday within field and then click Run.
The report can show all individual clients with their date of birth.
In the Report Builder window, go to the Layout & Sorting tab.
Move Date of Birth to the 'Selected Fields'.
Choose the filter for 'Individual Clients'.
