During the processing of a signature request, you are able to choose which staff member has to sign the document.
Click the Staff Member Responsible drop-down field to reveal all staff users.
Once the document has been sent to the client, the responsible staff member (in this example Administrator) will have the signature request appear in Document Manager.
Go to View, Signature Requests, which is also where they can sign the document.
Note: To view all staff member's Signature Requests, tick Display All Users.
