Distributions from a managed fund can be input from a single screen and Access HandiTax will allocate the various components to the correct areas on the return. From Access HandiTax 2020 onwards the Fund button has been replaced by the Managed Funds schedule.

Distributions from Managed Funds:
From the Tax Return Outline window, select the Main Form I.
In the Main Form I window, click Funds.
In the Managed Fund-Add Detail window, enter the details from the Managed Fund.
Click Post and then click Yes to confirm posting.
Once the Items have been posted they can only be edited at each Label.
The Trust Items will be inserted into Item 13 on the main form.
The Capital Gains items will be inserted into the CGT worksheet (as a manual entry).
This will flow into CGT Schedule and Item 18 on the main form, if the capital gains transfer option has been selected.
The Foreign Source Items will be inserted into the Foreign Income Worksheet to help populate Item 20.
The Refunds Items will be inserted into Item 24 on the main form.
