Viewing the transmission and validation report in HandiRegister
Go to Lodgment, View ASIC Received Files.
Click Transmission/Validation reports.
On the Open window, highlight the required report then click Open.
Notes:
ASIC only registers a form as lodged after it has been processed and a valid validation report has been returned to the lodging agent. The fact that a form has been electronically transmitted does not mean that it has been successfully lodged or accepted.
Only by the receipt of valid transmission and validation reports from ASIC does an agent know that a form has been received and accepted. These reports are not in a format that can be read automatically by the software but require the agent to either view on screen or print and check them manually.
