In HandiTax, Error: 'CMN.ATO.INCDTLS.000332 states Where a Payer's withholding payer number is present, either a Salary or wages payment summary or Employment termination payment (ETP) summary must be provided.'
The error indicates that expected data is missing from a schedule or that the ABN entered does not contain enough characters.
Open HandiTax and locate your client.
Highlight the I form, then click Select.
From the tax return outline, highlight the Super Lump sum schedule, then click Edit.
Review all mandatory data fields for each payment received.
Ensure the Payer Australian Business Number (ABN) field contains an eleven-digit number.
Repeat steps 4 to 5 if your client also has an Employment termination payments schedule.
