BankFeeds transactions start downloading from the day the account is activated by your entity's bank.

The BankFeeds transaction window displays the transactions related to the selected year.
Back-dated transactions
Given that the transaction download start date is being governed by the activation date, back-dated transactions are not available. The system cannot download historical transactions that occurred before activating the BankFeed.
The simplest method to obtain these transactions would be to ask your client to download the missing transactions from their e-banking facility, then import the transactions as an ASCII file into HandiLedger.
