The Trustee/partner Declaration Family name and Given name or non-individual name must match at least one Trustee or partner Family name and Given name or non-individual name, if it does not match, the error will display. Check that the name entered in the Declaration matches the individual or non-individual name entered in the Election or Revocation section.
