When Small Business Boost Technology Investment Amount is greater than 0, either Primary production expense reconciliation adjustments or non-primary production expense reconciliation adjustments must be provided.
To resolve the error CMN.ATO.IITR.800004:
Log in to HandiTax and Select the Individual tax return.
Double-click on the Main form I and navigate to item P8, Reconciliation items.
Review Income reconciliation adjustments and Expense reconciliation adjustments amounts; these must be provided to resolve the error.
If a Business Worksheet has been used, the Reconciliation items must be completed within this worksheet.
