An amount greater than zero has been entered at PSI - voluntary agreement, and Tax withheld - voluntary agreement is missing or equal to zero.
A voluntary agreement is an agreement with a contractor to withhold tax. If no tax is withheld, then the user will need to review whether entering a value in the voluntary agreement field P1 label M is correct or whether another label is more relevant to the circumstances.
If an amount is present at the PSI-voluntary agreement label M.
Then an amount greater than 0 must be entered in item 14 label G.
