The error indicates that the sum of 'Net income or loss from carrying on a business of investing', 'Net income or loss from carrying on a rental property business' and 'Other income or loss relating to Other income or loss relating to Net income or loss from business', must equal the amount provided for 'Net non-Primary Production income/loss'.

Log in to HandiTax and select your tax return.
Edit the Main form I and scroll to the amount at Item 15 Label C. This must have an equal value at:
Net income or loss from carrying on a business of investing.
Net income or loss from carrying on a rental property business.
Other income or loss relating to item 15.
If the amount is a loss, an L must be entered.
