To resolve the CGTS.402165 error in capital gains schedule:

Log in to HandiTax and Select the client and tax return.

Navigate to the Capital Gains Schedule and click Edit.

Review Item 2 Capital Losses. If there are any zeros at label C or D, remove them.

If there are any amounts, review the information entered.

1. Log in to HandiTax and Select the client and tax return.
2. Navigate to the Capital Gains Schedule and click Edit.
3. Review Item 2 Capital Losses. If there are any zeros at label C or D, remove them.
4. If there are any amounts, review the information entered.
